Questo strudel è comodissimo quando si ha della frutta da far fuori in dispensa perchè piuttosto matura.
Ingredienti:
una grande banana
2 mele
2 kiwi
1 confezione di pasta sfoglia (in questo caso già pronta, ma la ricetta della pasta strudel, già pubblicata, è altrettanto semplice)
zucchero di canna a piacere
aroma al rhum
Ho innanzitutto passato in un'antiaderente la frutta ridotta a dadini: ho cucinato prima i kiwi con le mele con un paio di cucchiai di zucchero di canna, in ultimo ho aggiunto la banana a cubetti. Volendo si può mettere anche meno zucchero, se la frutta è matura è già zuccherina di suo, tanto più aggiungendo la banana.
Ho poi lasciato intiepidire il ripieno che ho poi riversato nella sfoglia, ho infornato in forno caldo e cotto fino a doratura.
Da servire con un po' di zucchero a velo vanigliato e meglio se intiepidito.
